Tokyo-based bilingual professionals group Vital Japan member and Beers for Books collaborate for the first time in a fun, international, charity quize night for anyone to join.
Join us on Thursday, September 13th at the HUB Gaienmae for an evening of good clean fun with space for 10 teams of 4 - 6 people to compete against each other for prizes.
This “team of the night” will be chosen by the drawing you make upon arrival at the reception.
Entry is 2,000 yen per person for 4 drink/food tickets. Additional drinks are offered at a special price of 500YEN, with a purchase of 4 tickets which can be shared with your friends.
For those of you new to Beers for Books, the concept is simple: For every drink you have, 100 yen will be donated to Room to Read and that buys a treasured high-quality local language book for children.
Room to Read is an amazing NPO whose mission is to provide quality educational opportunities to children in developing countries with the goal of empowering kids via literacy and gender equality in education.
